About Me

Hello Beautiful Sol-Being!

My name is Camilla Divine and I am the Founder & Creator of ‘The Sol Within.’

The Sol Within was born out of my own struggles of realising I had forgotten who I was at my core. It became extremely prominant throughout my married life & becoming a mother.

People pleasing, self-abandoning & trying to fit in were my sabotage programs to 'keep me safe.' Learning to deal with shame and fear were a constant battle. I experienced childhood sexual abuse in my family home & the pain that rippled throughout my life to then having the courage & support to face my perpetrator in court.

I am currently navigating marriage seperation, co-parenting & all the highs & lows that come with being a single mum. Finding my voice again & facing the fears of making the decision to leave a decade long relationship was one of the most challenging yet liberating decisions I have ever made.

I am redefining spirituality for me as I intentionally move away from being a 'Mormon' which was a huge part of my life since birth till covid came around.

Learning how to navigate setting & holding boundaries (even with family members) along with understanding the importance of feeling my emotions & regulating my nervous system has been life changing.

My own healing journey & studies of various modalities has helped me remember who I truly am & the gifts I am blessed to share with this world.

I love to dance, sing & laugh loudly. I love catching sunrises at the beach, nature walks, reading & have recently taken up the joys of running.

I believe quality connections are how we make it through this world, despite the challenges we face in life. The most important connection being with myself. My extra strength comes from the support of the women in my close circle.

My journey has led me into this space to connect with other women & support them in remembering who they are!

I see myself as a cycle breaker, space holder & a wild medicine woman who runs with the wolves.

I am not a special a healer with any special magical powers. I am human just like you boo. My gift is simply holding space for you to come back to who you are.
