I am so glad you found me.

First things first, I am not a guru with magical healing powers or someone with all the answers. I am human just like you, boo.

I’m not "fully healed," and I honestly don’t think any of us ever truly are. I still have my own struggles and plenty of learning and unlearning to do.

My path has been one of radical survival and even more a radical rebirth. I’ve navigated the shadows of childhood trauma, the weight of facing my perpetrator in court, and the heavy "plot twists" of betrayal and divorce.

I have spent years deconstructing the Mormon identity I was born into, to find a spirituality that actually breathes and evolves and is deeply rooted in who I am through my ancestors.

I know the sting of feeling lost, but I also know the liberation of finally finding your voice.

Throughout my journey I have studied and gathered knowledge, wisdom, tools and taken notes along the way—and those I am more than happy to share with you.

I am a lounge room and kitchen dancer, a sunrise-chaser, and a believer in the power of intentional sisterhood. I am a woman who has traded "keeping the peace" for protecting my soul, and I am here to help you do the same.

The Sol Within is my heart’s work—a sanctuary for the seekers ready to shine the light they’ve spent so long trying to hide
